Magis Catholic Teacher Corps expands to Phoenix

Creighton University’s Magis Catholic Teacher Corps has spent 25 years forming educators who see teaching as more than a profession. Rooted in Jesuit, Catholic values, the program prepares teachers to serve students with faith, compassion and a commitment to the whole person. Now, Magis is extending that mission to Phoenix, where four Creighton-trained teachers are bringing their gifts to Catholic schools in the Southwest. Through classroom teaching, graduate study, shared community and spiritual formation, they are helping meet a growing need for mission-driven educators while deepening Creighton’s connection to Phoenix and its Catholic education community.
