Creighton’s MBA program is designed for the working professional. You can choose to complete courses online, on campus or a combination of both, allowing you to earn your degree on your schedule. This 33-credit program can be completed just over two years.
Our MBA curriculum is highly customizable to your background, skills and career goals. If you’re new to the study of business, you’ll receive a well-rounded, comprehensive business education. If you already have a business degree, you’ll take a more advanced path that is tailored to your interests and goals.

Electives (9 credit hours)
After completing the Core Courses and required Functional Core classes, you’ll complete the balance of your 33 credit hours from elective courses. These business courses cover advanced topics in all areas of business, including accounting, finance, economics, business intelligence and analytics, marketing and management.
You may choose a concentration in a particular business area by taking multiple courses in a single area. Concentration areas include:

- Completed application & $50 application fee
- Bachelor's degree with 3.0 GPA or higher
- Must include at least one undergraduate statistics course. A noncredit tutorial may be completed for a fee, if needed
- Official transcripts from all educational institutions attended

- Two letters of recommendation from persons other than friends or family members who can speak to your performance in an academic or professional setting
- GMAT score may be required (see policy below)
A personal interview may be requested in addition to the above requirements. The interview may be conducted in-person or virtually.

Official GMAT Policy
You are not required to provide a GMAT score to apply if you have work experience, a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, and a bachelor’s or higher degree from a U.S. institution.
If your cumulative GPA is less than 3.0, or if you have not received a bachelor’s or higher degree from a U.S. institution, you will be required to provide a GMAT score.
Regardless of applicant’s cumulative GPA, the admissions committee reserves the right to require an applicant to submit a GMAT score if there are concerns regarding the student’s achievement across all math, statistics, economics and finance courses previously completed.
Students can apply for conditional admission status, which allows you to take up to six credit hours of coursework before finalizing your formal application. This is a great option for those who haven’t yet taken the GMAT and/or have not met the statistics requirement.
