The Conflict of Interest Review Committee (CIRC) reviews financial conflict of interest disclosure forms and decides whether a Financial Conflict of Interest exists. The CIRC prepares a resolution plan to manage, reduce, or eliminate any identified Financial Conflict of Interest. If the project involves human subjects research, the Institutional Review Board (IRB) may impose additional requirements before granting IRB approval.
