Assistant Director, Business Career Programs
As an Assistant Director for Business Career Programs, Caitlin provides career support to students and alumni primarily from the Heider College of Business, with a particular focus on oversight of the Career Portfolio Program. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish language from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Following her graduation, she spent two years serving as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta. She then returned to UNL, earning her Master of Arts in Educational Administration - Student Affairs Administration. During her master's work, Caitlin served as the Academic Success Coordinator for the Department of Animal Science as well as a Certified Student Strengths Coach through the Clifton Strengths Institute within the College of Business.
