Caitlin Feldmann, MA

As Assistant Director for Student Development, Caitlin provides oversight on strategic programming within the Heider College of Business. Her focus centers on professional and career development as well as implementation of assessments and entrepreneurship initiatives. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish language from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Following her graduation, she spent two years serving as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta. She then returned to UNL, earning her Master of Arts in Educational Administration - Student Affairs Administration. During her master's work, Caitlin served as the Academic Success Coordinator for the Department of Animal Science as well as a Certified Student Strengths Coach through the Clifton Strengths Institute within the College of Business.
