

Caitlin Feldmann serves as the Innovation Programs Manager in Creighton’s Center for Enterprise Value (CEV), where she designs and leads student-facing initiatives that strengthen Creighton’s entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial ecosystem. In this role, Caitlin leads the development of the Intrapreneurship Sprint Program, facilitates applied Innovation Sprints, and serves as a campus connector for student entrepreneurs and the student-run Entrepreneurship Club. She also supports broader CEV initiatives focused on student development, program design, and assessment-informed research. Caitlin is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and is currently pursuing her EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton.
Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. After graduation, she served as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, supporting chapters across the U.S. and Canada. She later returned to UNL to complete her Master of Arts in Educational Administration (Student Affairs Administration), where she served as the Academic Success Coordinator for the Department of Animal Science and as a Certified Student Strengths Coach through the CliftonStrengths Institute in the College of Business.
