Health and Tech – The Intersection of Technology in Healthcare
Purpose
The goal of the conference is to increase knowledge, skills, and ability of individuals in academia, health professionals and community members in addressing health disparities as it relates to the emergence and integration of technology with healthcare: including using social media strategically to influence health behaviors, using integrated healthcare systems, thus use of telehealth in the healthcare setting, and the integration of technology to improve health outcomes.
