Associate Professor

Pharmacology & Neuroscience

Dr. Gelineau-van Waes’ laboratory focuses on the study of pharmaceutical and environmental exposures during pregnancy that can cause birth defects, and gene-environment interactions that contribute to increased risk; biochemical, genomic, proteomic, and molecular tools are used to identify biomarkers of susceptibility and determine underlying mechanisms.
