At Creighton, the Department of Surgical Services brings together Periodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to educate future dentists through classroom instruction, clinical experience and faculty mentorship. Students build a strong foundation in extractions, pre-prosthetic care, periodontal therapies and implant site management while learning to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
