Dr. Rengua Vivekanandan, a distinguished Professor and Division Chief of Infectious Disease at Creighton University School of Medicine, also serves as the Assistant Dean for Strategy and Accreditation. With a profound commitment to enhancing the well-being of physicians and healthcare workers, she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes a sense of belonging for all.

Dr. Sean Hansen has been with CHI for 30 years; he is a career hospitalist and serves as the Midwest Division Director for Hospital Medicine. He is passionate about provider engagement and well-being. With a dedicated approach towards enhancing the work environment for healthcare providers, Dr. Hansen plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of support and well-being within the organization.

Dr. Michael Schooff is a family physician, father of four and grandfather of seven. In his current role as the Primary Care Medical Director for CHI in the Omaha metro area, his primary focus is caring for and supporting the amazing physicians and APPs and their teams, so they can continue to provide outstanding care to their patients and communities.
