SURF Undergraduate Research Poster Showcase

Join the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (CURAS) and its 2023-24 Summer Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Fellowship (SURF) awardees as they present their findings.

Guests are invited to enjoy the various presentations covering everything from natural sciences to social sciences and humanities and are encouraged to engage and ask questions of these undergraduate researchers. Enjoy the walkthrough with CURAS-provided cupcakes and beverages.

Around 30 students are awarded this $4,000 fellowship and are given an opportunity to spend the summer developing their research and perfecting their creative craft by attending 10 CURAS-hosted workshops. From conducting research beyond their undergraduate careers to learning how to present at conferences nationwide, this fellowship gives students the opportunity to prepare themselves for their future careers.
