Our Services

Pelvic Health

We offer compassionate care for pelvic pain and concerns with sexual function, conditions that are more common than many realize. Our specially trained physical therapists provide individualized, evidence-based treatment that may include gentle hands-on techniques, guided exercise, biofeedback and relaxation strategies tailored to your needs.

Sports-related

We care for athletes of all ages, from high school and college competitors to active older adults. Whether you are recovering from a fall, a sports injury or surgery, Creighton Therapy and Wellness helps you heal and return stronger. Our expert physical therapists treat everything from mild sprains to complex post-surgical recovery and offer return-to-sport assessments to support a safe, confident return to activity.

Orthopedic

If you are experiencing pain in your spine, bones or joints, help is available. Our specialists provide expert care for both common and complex conditions, developing personalized treatment plans focused on your comfort, mobility and long-term well-being. We treat a wide range of concerns, including arthritic pain, knee and hip replacements, work-related injuries, balance challenges, lymphedema and osteoporosis.

Neurological

Our therapists help individuals with chronic neurologic conditions improve function, confidence and quality of life through personalized care. We offer specialized services, including balance and vestibular rehabilitation, therapy for Parkinson’s disease and wellness programs that promote safe, lifelong movement. Healthy Habits, a weekly group exercise class led by staff and Creighton physical therapy students, helps participants stay active and strong.

Aquatics

Aquatic therapy blends the healing properties of water with the expertise of our physical therapists to support recovery from injury, surgery or chronic pain in a gentle, supportive environment. The buoyancy of water reduces stress on the joints, allowing for lower-impact movement that can improve range of motion, strength, balance and endurance.

Aquatic therapy sessions are held at the Armbrust YMCA near 168th and Q streets.
