Alex is native of Nebraska who graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Saint Mary. Alex has a PhD in Health Sciences from Liberty University.

He practiced in rural Nebraska with a focus in outpatient orthopedics before pursuing academia. Most recently, he has taught musculoskeletal courses for a DPT program in Arkansas. Alex’s research is focused on stroboscopic vision and its effect on motor control, biomechanics, and dynamic balance.
