Associate Vice Provost for Integrated Wellness

Dr. Bogard works directly with Recreation and Wellness, Student Health Education and Compliance and Student Counseling Services to integrate efforts focusing on the eight dimensions of wellness. Dr. Bogard spearheads the professional development for professional staff in Student Life, and engages in committee work surrounding global education, diversity and inclusion, and women’s issues. Dr. Bogard earned a PhD in Educational Studies – specializing in Educational Leadership and Higher Education – from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, a Masters of Science Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Relations, minoring in Spanish from Drake University. Dr. Bogard has received the Mary Lucretia and Sarah Emily Creighton Award from Creighton's Committee on the Status of Women, the St. Ignatius Award from Creighton University’s Deglman Center for Spirituality, the Magis Award from Student Life, and the Distinguished Graduate Award from St. Raphael School.
