2023 Dan and Susan Semrad Lecture in Non-Western Thought

Dr. Neil Dalal, Associate Professor of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Alberta, will deliver the 2023 Dan and Susan Semrad Lecture in Non-Western Thought. Dr. Dalal is a scholar of the classical Yoga philosophies of South Asia that are found in the traditions of Vedanta, Buddhism, and Patanjala Yoga. The title of Dr. Dalal's lecture will be "Lucid Dreaming and Advaita Vedānta: Constructing a Philosophical Analogy for Nondual Liberation."
