IDEA Hub Internships
An essential part of the IDEA Hub is the student internship program which allows students to become involved in research and development projects and to pursue solutions. Interns have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges and collaborate to develop innovative solutions. IDEA Hub staff work with and mentor student interns. Besides a variety of technical skills, interns also gain soft skills such as creative thinking, time management, collaboration, and design thinking. The result is that interns learn skills that help them obtain employment upon graduation.
Talented students from diverse fields apply and are interviewed for available positions. Based on their interests and projects available, an intern is assigned to work with a staff member.
