Ignatian Formation and Ministry for Faculty and Staff
Ignatian Formation and Ministry for Faculty and Staff will offer mission formation, retreats, pastoral/spiritual outreach and provide a place where faculty and staff can find a listening ear and an understanding heart when faced with crisis or challenge.
The following two areas are part of this department.
The Collaborative Ministry Office exists to provide spiritual formation opportunities that strengthen personal and communal growth. Its activities are consistent with the mission of Creighton University to orient and educate the Creighton faculty and staff about the centrality of the Christian, Jesuit mission of the University that includes Ignatian spirituality.
Collaborative Ministry's Online Ministry serves the faith life of people on campus and around the world.
The Deglman Center for Ignatian Spirituality promotes, explains and encourages the Ignatian identity of this mission of education. Father Gillick and Father Carlson preach to groups of all sizes and meet individually with those who desire to grow more deeply in their own spiritual lives.
