Modeled after executive leadership programs, the ATW Program provides opportunities for students to discover their strengths and develop them into leadership skills. Endowed by Don Waite, BSC ’54, CFO Emeritus of Seagate Technologies, this program empowers students to not only leverage their talents but also to lead in any environment. 

The Face of the Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program

ATW Ambassadors put what they learn into action at a higher level starting from day one. Working alongside fellow Ambassadors, students in this program represent Heider, and specifically the Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program, at various campus events. They are also responsible for encouraging engagement in ATW leadership programs to students in their RSP section, and they will have the opportunity to develop and implement leadership activities for area youth throughout their four years as an undergraduate student.
