Your Path To Becoming A Business Leader
Become the business leader you are meant to be through the Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program. Open to all Heider College of Business undergraduate students, this four-year program exposes you to leadership principles and gives you opportunities to put what you learn into action.
This program is modeled after executive leadership programs and is endowed by Don Waite BSC ‘54, CFO Emeritus of Seagate Technologies.
The Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program provides opportunities for students not only to discover their strengths and aspirations, but to develop and implement their leadership skills.
This transformational program takes you through four stages:
You’ll come to fully understand the role leaders play in creating and enhancing a socially responsible society.
You’ll learn and grow your unique leadership strengths and communication skills, and you’ll learn to recognize those attributes in others.
You’ll hone your leadership skills through practice right here at Heider and out in the business world.
Take what you’ve learned through this dynamic program and put it into action as you transition into your professional life.
